Remote Senior Product Manager

\nIf you are a senior product manager who loves a good challenge, enjoys solving meaningful problems, and wants to be a part of one of the fastest-growing cloud companies in Silicon Valley โ€” then Arena is the company you're looking for.\n\n \n\nWhat you will be doing\n\n\n* You will run the end-to-end product lifecycle of Arena initiatives you are responsible for.\n\n* Create, communicate, and execute the roadmap and strategy to achieve the goals\n\n* Create use-cases, user stories, and detailed product requirements that clearly articulate the functionality of the product that will be developed.\n\n* Own and manage the product backlog and prioritize product enhancements, partner, and customer requests by using sound judgment and decisive tradeoffs.\n\n* Develop competitive expertise to assist in outbound product positioning and inform internal development priorities.\n\n* Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver an amazing product and an exceptional user experience.\n\n* Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to successfully roll out the products and ensure an outstanding end-to-end user experience.\n\n\n\n\n \n\nYou May Be a Good Fit If You Have:\n\n\n* 6+ years of product experience, preferably in a SaaS platform software\n\n* Industry experience and familiarity with UI design and best practices, APIs, general programming languages and concepts, including web and mobile application architectures and components, and network effect concepts.\n\n* Strong organizational skills: prioritization, effective time management, conflict resolution, risk identification, and mitigation.\n\n* Depth of experience leading business-critical product initiatives. You can take big ideas and turn them into a roadmap of features and research with minimal guidance.\n\n* Tireless eye for detail and demonstrated an obsession with building great user experiences\n\n* Natural leadership. You know how to influence people to get things done across any job function.
